Job summary

Cyrix Health Care in India seeks a Sales Engineer to promote and sell capital medical equipment across the assigned territory. The role focuses on CT, MRI, Cathlab, ventilators, and critical care systems with emphasis on new business development and hospital partnerships.

You will coordinate with service and application teams, prepare proposals and tenders, maintain CRM reports, and support AMC/CMC contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical fields or medical equipment sales.
• Experience or exposure to selling capital medical equipment or healthcare technology is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment including CT, MRI, Cathlab, ventilators, and critical care systems within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with senior sales managers.
• Support AMC and CMC contracts, including follow-ups for renewals and service upselling.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and strengthen customer engagement.
• Work closely with service and application teams to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales activity reports and update CRM systems.
• Track competitor activities and share market insights with the sales leadership team.
• Assist in payment follow-ups and ensure adherence to company policies.
