Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities required.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, field visits and customer engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable software and automation solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, requirement analysis, product discussions and presentations.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and technical discussions with Pre-Sales/Technical teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM.
• Build strong relationships with customers, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with Marketing, Inside Sales and Technical teams for lead generation and opportunity conversion.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, workshops and customer events.
