Job summary

Castolin Eutectic India Kendujhar is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive business development across cement, power, steel, sugar and mining sectors with maintenance and repair electrode solutions. You will create and execute sales plans, build strong client relationships, coordinate with supply chain and production, and report on performance to senior management.

3-5 years of relevant industrial experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Strong experience in industrial applications across the Cement, Power, Steel, Sugar, or Mining sectors, with a solid background in Maintenance & Repair electrode solutions.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, developing promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the maintenance and repair welding products & service sector.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and technologies in welding and maintenance and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Payment: Ensuring timely payment collection from direct business & through distributor.
• Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and production dept for drawings, jobs, stocks, and logistics.
