Castolin Eutectic is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth in cement, power, steel, sugar, and mining sectors. You will develop strategies, build client relationships, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely deliveries and optimized stock management.

The role requires strong experience in industrial applications and deep knowledge of maintenance and repair electrode solutions, with a focus on delivering tailored client solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 YEARS Strong experience in industrial applications across the Cement, Power, Steel, Sugar, or Mining sectors, with a solid background in Maintenance & Repair electrode solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, developing promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the maintenance and repair welding products & service sector.
• Stay updated on the latest products and technologies in welding and maintenance and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Ensuring timely payment collection from direct business & through distributor.
• Coordinate with supply chain and production dept for drawings, jobs, stocks, and logistics.
