Job summary

Jumps Tronic Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (EMS) to drive new business, manage customer relationships and lead end-to-end sales cycles across PAN India. The role requires 4-8 years of EMS sales experience and a background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

You will coordinate with engineering, SCM, quality and production teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, and travel as needed to engage OEM/ODM customers and close orders.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in EMS/Electronics Sales & Marketing or Business Development.
• Knowledge of PCB Assembly, Box Build, Wire Harness and Electronics Manufacturing.
• Experience handling OEM/ODM customers and RFQs.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of costing and commercial negotiations.
• Willingness to travel across PAN India.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India.
• Generate leads through customer visits, exhibitions, networking and referrals.
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, techno-commercial discussions and quotations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, SCM, Quality and Production teams.

• Follow up on prototypes, sample approvals and order closures.
• Achieve sales targets.
