Job summary

Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd. in Delhi seeks an experienced Engineer – Sales & Marketing to drive techno-commercial growth in HVAC and capital goods. You will develop relationships with consultants, EPCs, OEMs and end users, review tenders, prepare proposals and lead negotiations for profitable orders.

Required is BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 6–10 years in HVAC or engineering capital goods, and knowledge of cooling towers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, valves and other industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Relevant experience in HVAC or engineering capital goods industries.
• Knowledge of cooling towers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and other industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business development to generate enquiries and acquire new customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and end users.
• Manage key accounts, understand customer requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review tenders, assess risks, and prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations, finalize orders, and ensure profitability and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, factories, and logistics partners for timely order execution and delivery.
• Monitor payment collections, outstanding receivables, and commercial closures.
• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate vendor quotations to support procurement decisions.
