Job summary

Ciel HR in Coimbatore is seeking a Sales Executive/Assistant Manager for IE Solutions to drive orders and growth in the territory. You will forecast and achieve monthly quotas, communicate product offerings, and nurture relationships with end users and distributors.

You will represent Rittal's product line with customers, coordinate with inside sales for timely quotes and deliveries, and develop an annual business plan to increase market share in the region. Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical or Electrical with 6–10 years in Industrial Sales and Distribution.
• Existing relationships with end users and field territory experience.
• CRM tools experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generate sale orders for IE Solutions for the assigned territory.
• Achieve the regional individual sales target.
• Forecast, develop, and meet monthly quotas for territory.
• Represent Rittal's product line to potential and current customers.
• Assess customer needs and partner with channel sales for full solutions.
• Increase sales and market share through daily customer contact and lead follow-up.
• Coordinate with inside sales for timely quotes and deliveries.
• Engage with end users in the territory.
• Develop and implement an annual business plan; report market trends.

Role & responsibilities

Title: Sales Er Asst Manager / Asst Manager - Sales IE Solutions

Location: Coimbatore

Reporting to: Territory Manager - Coimbatore

Preferred candidate profile

To Generate Sale orders for IE Solutions.

Achieve the Individual Sales Target of the region.

• Drive sales quota for territory by forecasting, developing & achieving monthly sales quotas for territory; projecting expected sales volume
• Represent and communicate Rittals overall product line to potential and current customer base.
• Assess customer product needs and partner with Rittals channel sales to provide full scope of product solutions.
• Responsible for increasing sales and market share within a defined territory through measures of daily contact with customers, followup on potential leads and cold calling.
• Work closely with inside sales team to provide timely and profitable quotes & deliveries.
• Work closely with the End users in the assigned territory.
• Develop annual business plan and coordinate its implementation.
• Keep management apprised of market trends and sales opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with local distributors. Customers, Channel Partners and Dealers.

Qualification

• BE Mechanical or Electrical with 6 to 10 years experience in Industrial Sales and Industrial Distribution is preferred.
• Existing relationship with end users and on field experience in the territory is must
• Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point.
