BlueCAD Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Sales Engineer in Bengaluru to drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for ZWCAD and Siemens NX & Solid Edge. You will conduct product demonstrations, coordinate trials, prepare quotations, and close deals.

The role requires strong communication, account management, and sales skills, with an engineering background and willingness to travel to customer locations.

Role Description

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business and managing the complete sales cycle for ZWCAD and Siemens NX & Solid Edge.

The role requires a combination of technical understanding, consultative selling, customer engagement, lead generation, product demonstrations, trial coordination, quotation follow-up and deal closure.

The candidate will work with manufacturing companies, product development teams, engineering service companies, research institutions, educational institutions and other organizations requiring simulation and additive manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, including lead follow-up, opportunity management, and maintaining long-term client relationships.


• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Background in mechanical, production, or related engineering disciplines; familiarity with CAD/CAE/CAM or digital manufacturing tools is highly beneficial.


• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, GTTC or equivalent


• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple accounts and tasks, and travel to customer locations as needed.


• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and SMB industrial environments in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment is an added advantage.
