Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru seeks a sales professional to lead industrial automation and capital equipment initiatives. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive orders across barcode, data management, SCADA, and related systems.

Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of PLC programming, hydraulics, pneumatics, and sales of CIJ/TIJ/TTO lasers and other capital equipment, with a proven track record in building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with capital equipment and factory automation systems.
• Proficient in hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
• Strong PLC programming skills (Ladder Logic and Function Blocks).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for industrial automation products (barcode, data management, SCADA systems).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for industrial automation products such as barcode, data management, process automation, project execution, material handling equipment (MHE), OEM sales, pneumatic tools, servo drives, sensors, SCADA systems.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of capital equipments, factory automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC programming languages like Ladder Logic & Function Blocks.
• Candidate have experience in sales of marking and coding machines CIJ, TIJ, TTO, LASERS (Capital Equipment) sales.
