We are seeking a motivated and technically adaptive Sales Engineer to join our Pan India Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales related to our Product Lines. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and project management skills to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets.

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:
   • Identify and target potential clients in the Various Sector.
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
   • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
   • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
   • Negotiate Proposals/ Offers and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
2. Technical Support:
   • Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding our Product Lines.
   • Analyse customer requirements and offer customized solutions that align with their needs.
   • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase features and benefits.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and project phases.
   • Gather feedback from clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in CRM systems.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Track sales performance, project progress, and customer feedback.
   • Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, project milestones, and market trends to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with Cooling Towers / Heat Exchangers / Evaporative Coolers / Process Cooling, Utility Piping, Fire Fighting.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Ability and Willingness to travel extensively as required for client meetings and project site visits.
