We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to lead the development and execution of programs that empower sales teams to perform more effectively and consistently. The ideal candidate will bring 9–20 years of experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, revenue operations, learning and development, or related functions, with a strong understanding of B2B sales environments and the complete sales lifecycle.
This role will be responsible for building scalable enablement strategies, improving sales productivity, strengthening onboarding and continuous learning programs, and ensuring sales teams have the right content, tools, training and processes to achieve revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy aligned with business, sales and revenue goals.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Leadership teams to identify capability gaps and enablement priorities.
- Design and implement structured onboarding programmes for new sales hires, ensuring faster ramp‑up and productivity.
- Build ongoing training programmes covering sales methodologies, product knowledge, industry trends, competitive positioning, objection handling, negotiation and closing techniques.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality sales enablement content, including playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, sales guides, FAQs and other resources.
- Establish standardised sales processes, frameworks and best practices that improve consistency across sales teams.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and create targeted coaching and developmental initiatives.
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement programmes through relevant KPIs such as ramp time, quota attainment, win rates, conversion rates, sales productivity and content utilisation.
- Leverage sales technology, learning platforms, CRM systems and analytics to scale enablement initiatives.
- Continuously gather feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to improve training, content and enablement programmes.
- Support product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives by preparing sales teams with relevant messaging, training and resources.
- Stay updated on evolving sales methodologies, market trends, buyer behaviour and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 9–20 years of professional experience, with significant experience in Sales Enablement.
- Proven experience designing and executing sales enablement strategies and programmes.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, sales funnels and revenue generation.
- Experience working with sales leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into practical enablement programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach to measuring impact.
- Experience creating sales training materials, playbooks and enablement content.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
