Qualifications

• 2-3 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a coordination role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and a content repository tool, or willingness to learn.
• Strong organization and written communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities cross-functionally.
• AI-fluent - comfortable using AI tools to speed up day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enablement program logistics - training sessions, workshops, onboarding.
• Maintain enablement content in a content repository tool, including tagging and version control.
• Support Salesforce and Gong administration from an enablement perspective.

Sales Enablement Associate:

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate enablement program logistics - training sessions, workshops, onboarding.
• Maintain enablement content in a content repository tool, including tagging and version control.
• Support Salesforce and Gong administration from an enablement perspective.
• Track participation and completion data; support adoption/engagement reporting.

Key Requirements & Experience:

• 2-3 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a coordination role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and a content repository tool, or willingness to learn.
• Strong organization and written communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities cross-functionally.
• AI-fluent - comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up day-to-day work, and eager to keep pace with new tools as they emerge.
