We are seeking a Renewals Specialist to track renewal opportunities, support health checks and account reviews, and assist with renewal data hygiene in Salesforce. You will provide administrative and reporting support across the renewals book of business and

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in renewals, customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Basic Salesforce proficiency — accounts, opportunities, reports.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with data tracking and reporting in Excel.
• AI-fluent — comfortable using AI tools to speed up day-to-day work.
