Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based at the Clay by Lingaraj Granites showroom in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, handling pricing discussions, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into sales. The role involves maintaining product displays, keeping the showroom organized, coordinating with the inventory and logistics teams, and updating customer records. The Sales Employee will also support promotional activities, share feedback from customers, and contribute to a positive showroom experience.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in consultation-based selling and closing deals in retail or showroom environments.
