Job summary

Adecco India is seeking an Order Management professional to coordinate customer follow-ups from order acknowledgement to processing, dispatch, and final delivery. The role focuses on ensuring accurate order records and timely communication with internal teams.

You will work with SAP for sales orders and invoicing, manage documentation, liaise with plants on production schedules and stock, and support domestic and export sales with shipping paperwork and invoicing, while monitoring overdue

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience coordinating sales orders and orders lifecycle.
• Experience using SAP for processing orders and invoicing.
• Ability to liaise with plants, logistics and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer follow-ups from order acknowledgement through processing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Prepare proforma invoices, process sales orders in SAP, and maintain records of all sales documentation.
• Liaise with plants on production schedules, stock availability, and order dispatches; provide status updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Handle domestic and export sales order coordination, including shipping documentation.
• Ensure timely invoice submission, follow up on payments, and maintain overdue reports.
• Coordinate customer sample requests end-to-end and monitor sample stock availability.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales MIS reports and provide data analysis to the Sales team.

Job description

Order Management: Coordinate customer follow-ups from purchase order acknowledgement its review before internal processing, dispatch, and shipment delivery.

SAP & Documentation: Prepare proforma invoices, process sales orders in SAP, and maintain accurate records of all sales-related documentation online and offline.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Liaise with plants on production schedules, stock availability, and order dispatches; provide timely order status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.

Domestic & Export Sales: Handle domestic and export sales order coordination, including relevant commercial and shipping documentation.

Payment & Overdue Management: Ensure timely invoice submission, follow up on customer payments, and maintain regular overdue reports and updates.

Sample Management: Coordinate customer sample requests end-to-end and monitor sample stock availability at laboratories and plants and ensure the inventory

Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily and monthly sales MIS reports and provide sales data and analysis to the Sales team as required.
