Job summary

Rukma Plastics in Bengaluru invites a results-oriented Sales Coordinator to back our commercial team. You will manage order processing, coordinate with customers, and support dispatches and invoicing to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales coordination or back-office support in polymers, chemicals, or industrial products, and is proficient with MS Excel, ERP systems, and clear email communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Science with 4+ years in sales coordination or back-office roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally or ERP, and email communication.
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude; highly organized and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers for order processing, dispatch planning, and delivery follow-ups.
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Support the sales team with quotations, order entries, invoices, and sample dispatches.
• Prepare sales MIS reports, stock status updates, and customer outstanding summaries.
• Maintain customer databases, order records, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation and credit notes.
