Job summary

People, Jobs, and News is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales coordination or customer coordination, strong MS Excel and MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to follow up and close activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Customer Coordination.
• Active, proactive and confident in communication.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and sales documentation.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Candidates with knowledge of sales processes and customer handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients for day-to-day sales activities.
• Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, orders, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Dispatch, Production, and Logistics.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and customer updates.
• Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow-up reports.
• Prepare MIS and regular sales reports using MS Excel.
• Follow up with customers for payments, orders, and other requirements.
• Support the sales team in managing existing customers and new enquiries.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of all sales-related activities.
