Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate (Any discipline).
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Back-office Sales / Customer Support roles (preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting.
• Ability to maintain a cordial, disciplined, and professional relationship with sales staff.

Responsibilities

• 1. Sales Team Coordination: Maintain daily communication with Sales Managers across regions and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and the sales force.
• 2. Tracking Sales Activities: Track daily client visits, meeting schedules, follow-ups, and action items of the sales team; maintain sales trackers for enquiries, quotations, orders, dispatch status, and closures; update MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly performance summaries.
• 3. Revenue Monitoring: Track revenue targets for each sales executive; highlight gaps and opportunities for faster closure; assist in preparing sales performance reports for management review.
• 4. Communication & Documentation: Draft and manage emails, proposals, client communication, and internal coordination mails; maintain accurate documentation of enquiries, quotations, approvals, and order-flow updates; ensure timely submission of reports and updates from all sales team members.
• 5. Administrative Support: Coordinate schedules, travel plans, appointments, and meetings for the Sales Department; assist with CRM / ERP updates; support the Sales Head with presentations and management reports.
