Job summary

Plati India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage sales workflows and lead distribution, ensuring timely follow-ups. You will coordinate field visits, monitor reporting across regions, and assist with order processing and invoicing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales Workflow & Lead Management: oversee lead distribution systems and CRM platforms for timely follow-ups and assignments.
• Field Team Coordination: track field visits and daily sales reporting with structured tracking sheets.
• Order Processing & Invoicing: assist in processing orders, coordinate with dispatch, and handle monthly billing follow-up.
• Data Management & Reporting: maintain databases of dealers, distributors, and candidates; generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Client & Communication Support: primary contact for routine queries, coordinating service requests and escalations.

• Field Team Coordination: Track field visits, monitor daily sales reporting, and maintain structured tracking sheets for sales executives across regions.
• Order Processing & Invoicing: Assist in processing customer orders, coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams, and handle monthly billing or payment follow-up logs.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date databases of dealers, distributors, and candidates; generate weekly/monthly sales activity reports for management review.
• Client & Communication Support: Act as a primary point of contact for routine customer queries, coordinating service requests and escalation handling.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 -5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or back-office administration.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., "Sales FMS", or similar tools), and basic presentation software.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational ability, and high attention to detail.
