Job summary

Renown Earth is seeking a Sales Coordination professional in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, to handle lead management, CRM data entry, and cross-team coordination. The role requires 1–5 years of experience in sales support or CRM data management with strong communication skills.

You will support the sales team, track lead status, and generate routine reports to monitor performance. A graduate degree is preferred; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead management: receive, qualify, and distribute incoming inquiries and leads promptly.

• Sales support: coordinate with sales and field teams for quick lead assignment.
• Follow-up & tracking: document client requirements and feedback; monitor progress.
• Reporting: generate daily, weekly, monthly reports on pipeline metrics.
• Communication: act as a central contact between prospective clients and sales.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Management: Receive, qualify, and distribute incoming sales inquiries and leads in a timely manner.
• CRM Operations: Accurately punch, update, and manage all incoming lead data, customer interactions, and pipeline statuses within the company CRM system.
• Sales Support: Coordinate closely with the sales and field teams to ensure leads are assigned to the right representatives quickly.
• Follow-up & Tracking: Follow up with internal teams on lead status and ensure proper documentation of client requirements and feedback.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion rates, response times, and overall sales pipeline metrics.
• Communication: Act as a central point of contact between prospective clients and the sales department, ensuring seamless communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.B.A., or equivalent preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales support, or CRM data management (experience in the electrical/manufacturing sector is a plus).
