• Inbound sales enquiry handling various channels
• Gate customer sales
• Customer complaint handling
• Customer order tracking & follow up
• Dispatch coordination
• Field team visit pre & post calling
• Outbound calling
• Office work
• Making calls and receiving calls from customers and suppliers
• Coordination between internal teams
• Follow up of the committed dates
• Recording delivery performance
• Co-ordination between Management, Sales Manager and Sales Team for meetings, product demonstrations, proposals, and other sales related follow-ups
• Collecting, Analyzing and Presenting Sales Reports
