• Prepare MIS reports, revenue achievement trackers, and sales dashboards.
• Support the sales team in lead follow-ups, client communication, and documentation.
• Liaise with costing and design teams for new product inquiries.
• Ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns and maintain service quality standards.
• Assist in cross-functional coordination for corrugation and food packaging projects.
