Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling sales documentation, following up on client leads, coordinating with various departments to fulfill client requirements, and maintaining records of sales activities. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and assisting with the preparation of sales reports. The member should be able to take ownership of his work and perform to his/her best.
