The role includes preparing quotations, orders, and related documentation, updating customer data and MIS, and coordinating with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining sales records, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics and accounts teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of customer inquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain customer records, sales databases, and order tracking reports.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution and dispatch.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and payment updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Assist in managing customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer communications, contracts, and sales records.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners whenever required.
• Perform any other sales coordination activities assigned by the reporting manager.
