We are looking for a Sales Coordinator from Telecom industry to support our sales team, distributors and retail partners for smooth sales operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• *1. Sales Support & Coordination*
  • - Support sales team, TSM, ASM with daily sales targets and market updates
  • - Coordinate with Distributors, Retailers, and Channel Partners for orders and schemes
  • - Share daily offers, new launches, price updates with team and partners
• *2. Order & Stock Management*
  • - Maintain stock reports, secondary sales, and inventory at distributor / store level
  • - Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and stock transfer
• *3. CRM & Reporting*
  • - Update sales data in CRM / ERP - leads, orders, activation, MNP
  • - Prepare DSR, weekly sales report, stock statement, and competitor tracker
  • - Maintain distributor / retailer database and KYC documents
• *4. Client & Partner Communication*
  • - Handle incoming calls / WhatsApp queries from retailers and distributors
  • - Follow up for payments, outstanding, claim settlement, and schemes
  • - Schedule meetings, training, and product demos for channel partners

*Requirements:*

• - Graduate mandatory, MBA preferred
