Nexera People Solutions in Harohalli near Bangalore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order cycle from enquiry to dispatch. You will keep customers informed and coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders, artwork, and documentation are accurate and on schedule.

Key tasks include handling enquiries and quotations, verifying POs, raising job cards with Production, and updating customers on progress.

Competenze

• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma/degree in Printing/Packaging Technology is an added advantage.
• About 15 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in packaging, printing or manufacturing.
• Understanding of cartons, board grades, printing and finishing processes, and job cards is preferred.

• Handle customer enquiries and requests for quotation; coordinate with costing/sourcing.
• Receive and verify purchase orders against quotes, specifications and quantities.
• Raise job cards and place orders with Production and Planning.
• Coordinate artwork, dielines, proofs and approvals between customers, design, and NPD.
• Follow up on sample development and keep customers updated; track orders and status.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Accounts on delivery schedules, invoices, and vendor uploads.
• Log customer complaints and support CAPA/response with Quality; follow up until closed.

Role : Sales Coordinator

Work Location : Harohalli - Bangalore

Role Summary

The Sales Coordinator manages the order cycle from enquiry to dispatch. You will keep

customers informed, make sure internal teams have the right information at the right time,

and keep orders, artwork and documentation accurate and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and requests for quotation. Coordinate with
• Costing/Sourcing and share quotes within agreed turnaround times.
• Receive and verify purchase orders against quotes, specifications, quantities and
• delivery dates. Raise job cards and place orders with Production and Planning.
• Coordinate artwork, dielines, proofs and approvals between customers, the design
• team and the NPD team.
• Follow up on sample development and new product requests with the NPD team and
• keep customers updated.
• Track open orders and give customers regular status updates. Escalate delays or
• material shortages early.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Accounts on delivery schedules, invoices, vendor-portal uploads and payment follow-ups.
• Log customer complaints and support the CAPA/response process with the Quality team.
• Follow up until the issue is closed
