Job summary

Aquasense, based in Dadri, India, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate. You will manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, coordinate with production and logistics to ensure seamless order execution, and maintain accurate MIS records to support daily business decisions and reporting.

You will provide administrative support for sales operations, perform data entry, and consolidate monthly and quarterly forecasts.

• Collect monthly and quarterly sales forecasts from the Sales Team and consolidate demand projections.

Job description

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using Management Information System (MIS) reporting tools.
• Provide administrative support for sales operations, which includes data entry and document management.
• Consolidate and maintain daily reports on the following:

1. Raw Material Inventory
2. Work-in-Progress (WIP)
3. Finished Goods Inventory
4. Ready-to-Dispatch Stock

• Collect monthly and quarterly sales forecasts from the Sales Team.
• Consolidate demand projections and communicate procurement needs to the Procurement and Production teams.
• Support material planning to ensure adequate inventory levels for smooth order execution.
