The role requires active engagement in exhibitions, negotiations, and collaboration with the sales team to meet targets and ensure smooth documentation and payments.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up site-visit meetings with potential clients and demonstrate our real estate properties
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
• Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
• Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
• Liaising with brokers in your region to build better contacts to improve sales pipelines.
• Co-ordinate with sales team efficiently to convert each marketing lead into sales
