Qualifications

• Graduate in science, pharmacy, or optometry with a strong track record.
• 4–13 years of sales experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare; Optical/Ophthalmology preferred.
• Post Graduate in MBA/Optometrist with 6+ years in B2B.
• Experience managing and updating a client base of ophthalmologists, institutions, and hospitals; reviewing the list to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continually update a client base of consultant ophthalmologists, institutions, and hospitals, and review the list to improve the business.
• Conduct product conversations with ophthalmologists, consumer education, retail audits, and monitor distributors.
• Implement the company's marketing strategies regularly to meet sales targets and product volume budgets.
• Meet the company's call averages and ophthalmology criteria in the designated region.
• Adhere to reporting procedures, work schedules, and budgets to maximize sales and establish efficient sales processes.
