Job summary

NEW Vision Imaging in Goa is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow our client base across Goa. You will convert leads from our digital marketing team into happy, repeat customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right personalized print products.

You will maintain relationships with photographers, studios, and event planners, manage quotes, close sales, and guide customers through after-sales support. This role offers training and growth as we expand in the region.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (freshers with strong communication may also apply).
• Excellent spoken communication English plus Hindi/Konkani/Marathi.
• Confident talking to customers in person and on the phone; good listener.
• Comfortable with field visits across Goa; knowledge of the local market is a big plus.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business).
• Interest or background in photography, printing, gifting, or events is an advantage (product training provided).

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by our marketing team (calls, WhatsApp, meetings).
• Identify and reach out to potential customers across Goa: photographers, studios, businesses, and event planners.
• Understand each customer's requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow-ups systematically (CRM/Excel).
• Conduct product demos and share samples with prospects.
• Handle after-sales support: check in after deliveries, resolve issues quickly, and collect honest, detailed customer feedback.
• Relay customer feedback to the production team and track that it's acted on.
• Build long-term relationships to grow repeat orders and referrals.
• Visit customers and attend local events across Goa as needed.

About the Role

We're looking for a people-person to grow our sales across Goa. Our digital marketing team brings in the leads your job is to convert them into happy, repeat customers.
