Job summary

Redtronic in Thrissur, Kerala seeks a energetic Sales Executive to drive growth through lead generation, client relationships, and closing deals. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead to payment and conduct on-site product demonstrations.

Requirements: 3+ years field sales in automotive or car care, a graduate degree, willingness to travel across India (South India preferred), valid driving license, and fluency in English and Hindi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years field sales experience in automotive or car care industry.
• Experience in selling automotive accessories or car care products.
• Graduate degree; Sales/Marketing/Automotive Tech qualification an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India; valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel across South India.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client visits and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the quality and performance of our products.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentation to order closure and payment follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management.

Target Customer Segments

• Car detailing studios, including premium, mid-range, and multi-bay operations.
• Authorised and multi-brand car dealerships.
• Automotive service centres and body shops.
• Fleet management operators and corporate vehicle care units.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the automotive or car care products industry.
• Demonstrated experience in selling automotive accessories, car care products, or related products.
• Graduate degree in any discipline. A qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Automotive Technology will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Valid Driving License is required.
• Willingness to travel across South India.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to conduct effective on-site product demonstrations.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage a large geographical territory and maintain regular client visits.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word.
