Job summary

Arctic Invent is seeking a Sales Associate/Sales Telecaller to join our Noida office. You will conduct B2B cold calls, connect with prospective clients, and help schedule virtual meetings to build a qualified pipeline.

The role requires 1–2 years in B2B sales or telecalling, excellent English communication, and comfort with speaking to decision-makers. Prior IP rights sales experience is a plus; training and career growth are offered in a vibrant workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong confidence and ability to communicate with decision-makers.
• Comfortable with cold calling and virtual meetings.
• Prior experience in handling B2B clients is mandatory.
• Prior experience in IPR sales/telecalling will be a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B cold calling and generate qualified leads.
