Arctic Invent in Noida is seeking an Associate to handle patent-related technical work and interface with inventors. The role focuses on patentability searches, FTO support, and collaboration with the team from our Noida office.

No prior experience beyond 0–2 years is required, and a structured mentorship program is provided. The position requires a BTech in CSE/ECE or related field, strong research skills, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical disclosures across different technical domains.
• Identify key/novel features from technical disclosures.

• Work with patent databases and perform searches on IEEE, ACM, Espacenet, and other portals.
• Coordinate with team and handle other reasonable tasks.

Purpose of the Job: The role's main purpose is to handle the technical aspects of patentapplications. The role may require directly interfacing with the inventor(s) to capture novel aspects of the invention. Further, the role may require searchingcapability and delivering patentability search reports. The role also entailsteam coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
