Job summary

Arctic Invent, a Noida-based IP firm, seeks a Senior IP Analyst / IP Analyst (Docketing & Paralegal) to join our office. The role requires 1-5 years of IPR docketing experience, with strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and maintain precise records.

The successful candidate will work from the Noida office in a collaborative environment, handling docketing, filing, and client-specific procedures while contributing to process improvements and accurate

Qualifications

• 1. Any bachelor's degree.
• 2. 1-5 years of experience in IPR (Docketing & Paralegal) can apply.
• 3. Extensive knowledge of patent filing and review. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• 4. Strong time management and listening skills; expertise in productivity management.
• 5. Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
• 6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• 7. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of intellectual property office rules and procedures.
• Continuously maintains an accurate and up-to-date docket within a docketing database.
• Maintaining IP records and reviewing files.
• Creates and maintains files within a database that documents prosecution history for an intellectual property matter, including unfilled matters, file intake and file transfers.
• Adhere to quality process guidelines.
• Review PTO communication to ensure accuracy of bibliographic data in filing receipts and other related documents issued during prosecution and docket them in the IP software.
• Responsible for assisting with developing, documenting, and maintaining up-to-date client-specific processes and procedures.
• Responsible for Deadline Management.
• Responsible for documenting/tracking daily work and providing data regarding the same to the Team Manager.
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
• IDS preparation.
