Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer relationships with airlines, MROs, and OEMs.
• Develop sales leads and convert them into invoiced sales.
• Analyze RFQs, create proposals, quote prices, and negotiate within pricing guidelines.
• Process all sales orders, RMAs, and drop ship.
• Remain current with aftermarket industry to identify issues and trends and drive lead generation.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Job description

The primary function of the role is to - sourcing, purchasing and brokering commercial aircraft parts. Establish positive and long-term sales relationships with customers while performing directed activities designed to achieve sales and revenue.

Duties and responsibilities:

Primary:

• Grow customer relationships with identified airlines, MROs, and OEMs.
• Maintain and develop long-term beneficial relationships with current and potential customers; create and execute a plan to bring new customers to the company.
• Develop sales leads in the industry, follow-up on sales leads, and turn them into invoiced sales.
• Identify brokering opportunities that require repair/overhaul investment to maximize financial returns.
• Support business in meeting monthly sales objectives in accordance with the sales plan.

Quoting & Order Processing

• Analyze customer requirements and RFQs, create proposals, quote prices, and negotiate within company pricing guidelines.
• Assist with answering all calls and quote stock items at fair market value as per the set pricing.
• Process all sales orders, no quotes, RMAs, and drop ship

Secondary:

Market & Industry Analysis

• Remain current with the aftermarket industry to recognize issues and trends and take action to increase business through applicable lead generation.

Brand Representation & Industry Engagement

• Represent the company through trade shows, phone calls, emails, and participation in industry organizations as requested.
