Job summary

Magnetic Trading, part of Magnetic Group, is seeking a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to join our Trading team in New Delhi, India. You will monitor requests, manage orders, and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.

You will collaborate with sales, suppliers, logistics, and finance, issue invoices, and strive for excellent customer service while adhering to internal policies. English fluency and aviation sector experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or purchasing in aviation (MRO/airline) required.
• Excellent English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with MS Office, ERP, CRM systems.
• Ability to work in an international Sales team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor requests and purchase orders to ensure on-time completion.
• Organize shipments and paperwork, coordinate with sales and management.
• Communicate daily with suppliers, logistics, finance dep, etc.
• Issue invoices to customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support sales staff with daily activities and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies.

Magnetic Trading (part of Magnetic Group) provides total technical care aviation services, offering repair, overhaul, exchange, and outright options for a variety of aircraft types, with a focus on Airbus and Boeing models.

Our main services include spare parts, components, and material supply; airframe & engine spare parts solutions; repair management programs; logistics and distribution; and a total asset management program.

As part of our global business expansion strategy, we are looking for a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to join our Trading team in New Delhi, India.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor received requests and active purchase orders, and make sure that orders are completed on time
• Organizing shipments, filing information in internal systems (orders, proformas, etc.), preparing needed paperwork, and other tasks agreed upon with sales staff and direct manager
• Monitoring daily all received tasks (communication with suppliers, logistics companies, finance dep, etc.)
• Issuing invoices to customers
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Helping sales staff with daily activities, helping solve problems with customers if needed
• Ensure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with established internal policies and guidelines

Main Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or purchasing in the aviation sector, (MRO, airline, repair shop) is must
• Very good verbal and written knowledge of English
• Ability to work with various IT systems (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc)
• Goal-driven and proactive attitude, persuasiveness, stress tolerance
• Friendly and engaging personality, so that you can be part of the international Sales team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain helpful and polite at all times
• Experience working with Quantum is considered as advantage
