Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Nagpur. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining features and pricing, managing inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date listings and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with property owners, supporting negotiations, and assisting in the completion of sales agreements and other paperwork. The Sales Associate will work closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets, provide timely follow-ups, and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, property owners, and colleagues.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to present property features clearly and support closing transactions.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, property visits, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort with using phones, email, and basic office software; familiarity with real estate listing platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the local Nagpur real estate market or willingness to learn quickly; prior real estate or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site, travel locally for property visits, and maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
