Job summary

Harsh Life Science is seeking a Clinical & Sales Associate to manage relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, while supporting case tracking and post-procedure follow-up. The role emphasizes field-based clinical service, product knowledge, and timely communication to drive sales growth and ensure procedural success.

The candidate will provide operating theatre coverage, build trust with surgeons and OT teams, and coordinate end-to-end case logistics, including tender-related activities

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management abilities are required.
• Experience in OT/case-based clinical environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical device products and clinical procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated operating theatre coverage during procedures.
• Develop and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, OT staff, and hospital administration.
• Manage end-to-end case coordination - booking confirmation, product logistics, and post-procedure follow-up.
• Partner with the HOD on sales visits, order follow-ups, and tender-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of case volumes, product usage, and surgeon-wise conversion trends.
• Address surgeon queries on product specifications, sizing, and technique.

Working closely with the HOD, this individual will contribute to sales growth through consistent surgeon engagement, accurate case tracking, and responsive field support, while upholding the highest standards of clinical service and professionalism.
