Job summary

Axio Biosolutions in Mumbai seeks a field-based Clinical Specialist to provide clinical support to doctors, nurses and hospital staff on product usage, and to conduct product demonstrations and in-service trainings at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

You will identify new hospitals and accounts in the territory, support clinical evaluations and trials, build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital management, and assist the sales team with clinical insights to drive adoption and

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM required.
• 2–5 years of clinical hospital/ICU/OT experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new hospitals, accounts, and business opportunities in the assigned territory.


• Support clinical evaluations, trials, product adoption, and conversion of new accounts.


• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, hospital management, and key decision-makers.


• Support the sales team with clinical insights, product positioning, and customer requirements.


• Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and post-application support.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.


• Maintain records of hospital visits, leads, demonstrations, trials, and customer interactions.


• Achieve assigned clinical and business development targets by driving product adoption and sales growth.

Qualification and Skills:

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM


• Experience: 2-5 years of clinical experience (hospital/ICU/OT exposure preferred).


• Strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient care.


• Good communication and presentation skills.


• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hospital accounts.
