Job summary

Mahindra Tsubaki Conveyor Systems is seeking an Asst. Manager / Sr. Engineer in Sales - BMH to generate enquiries, understand customer requirements, and prepare techno-commercial offers for conveying systems.

The role requires B.E. (Mechanical) and 10–12 years of experience in bulk material handling industries or related fields. The candidate should have SAP knowledge and be capable of coordinating with suppliers, performing cost estimations, and driving project-based sales, including import

Qualifications

• Basic Engineering knowledge.
• Good communication skills for client interactions.
• Understanding of conveyor systems and their applications.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills for deals.
• Knowledge of commercial terms and contracting.
• Understanding of market, customer buying patterns, and equipment applications.

Responsibilities

• Product promotion and independent enquiry generation.
• Market research and market intelligence.
• Marketing of newly launched products.
• Equipment sizing and detailed cost estimation.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers.
• Prepare backup documents for techno-commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for bought-out equipment and quotations.
• Project creation and budget allocation.
• Coordinate with collaborators for import prices and technical inputs.
• Follow up with customers.
• Process orders and provide data for engineering.
• Conduct contract review meetings.

JOB PURPOSE: (Role Summary)

Generates Enquiry, Understands customer requirement and prepare techno-commercial offer for conveying systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: B.E. (Mechanical)
• Experience: 10 to 12 years
• Specific Industry Experience: Bulk Material Handling Industries / SPMs / Boilers (experience in sales & marketing of any project-based equipment / machinery)
• Other Requirements: SAP knowledge
