Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• 5–7 years of work experience in welding field.
• Strong selling, negotiation, prioritizing, time management and communication skills.
• Equipment market knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Promote equipment’s and solutions to existing and new customers.
• Identify and develop new opportunities in the industry.
• Recommend appropriate welding machines for customer applications.
• Provide technical demonstration and trials of equipment.
• Trouble shoot welding related issues and propose process improvement.
• Focus on new customer leads, quotes and order closure.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyse territory/market potential, track sales and reports.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends; improve via feedback.
