Ausweg Info Controls Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore is seeking a Sales Application Engineer to join our on-site team. You will work with sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, design solutions, and deliver technical presentations to customers.

Responsibilities include site visits, gathering requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and assisting in configuration and commissioning of products while fostering strong client relationships

• Experience in sales or sales engineering with client communication.
• Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. As a Sales Application Engineer, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, develop solutions for customer needs, and deliver technical presentations. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, collaborating with teams to design and implement solutions, and assisting in the configuration and commissioning of products. You will also foster strong client relationships to drive sales and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Engineering skills with experience communicating complex concepts to clients and promoting technical solutions
• Knowledge of industrial automation applications is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using engineering tools and software related to industrial automation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field) is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
