Job summary

Maverick Corporation in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an energetic Sales Support Executive / Sales Executive to manage enquiries, follow up leads and support sales closure.

You will handle customer inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, website and social media, recommend suitable products, prepare quotations and update the CRM.

Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch and accounts to ensure timely delivery, maintain accurate records, and help achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Proficient with WhatsApp, MS Excel and CRM software.
• Experience in building materials, flooring, or B2B sales is a plus.

• Handle customer enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media and other lead sources.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, product details, presentations and follow-up communications.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain accurate customer details, enquiry status, follow-up history and sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the production, stores, dispatch and accounts teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Support customers with product information, samples, pricing, dispatch updates and post-sales coordination.
• Assist in payment follow-up and collection coordination, where required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, contractors, institutions and end customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Good working knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel and CRM software.
• Ability to prepare quotations and handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
• Experience in building materials, flooring, sports infrastructure or B2B sales will be an advantage.
