Responsibilities

• Provide backend sales support to the sales and business development team.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and order-related documentation.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to the sales team and customers.
• Support after-sales coordination and customer queries.
• Maintain timely communication and documentation throughout the sales cycle.

Position: Backend Sales Support Engineer

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Candidate Profile

• Gender: Female
• Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Around 34 years
• Candidates with relevant experience in sales support, technical sales coordination,

engineering or industrial products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide backend sales support to the sales and business development team.
• Coordinate with customers and the sales team for quotations, orders, documentation

and follow-ups.

• Prepare and maintain technical and commercial quotations/offers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/engineering team

for suitable solutions.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and order-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders and sales-related

information.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Execution and other internal departments to

ensure timely processing of customer requirements.

• Assist the sales team with preparation of techno-commercial proposals and other

customer documents.

• Follow up with customers regarding approvals, drawings, specifications and other

project requirements.

• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to the sales team and customers.
• Support the team in handling after-sales coordination and customer queries.
• Ensure timely communication and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain strong coordination between customers and internal departments.
