Job summary

Ramkrishna Pure Finance is seeking a field sales professional in Gujarat to promote NBFC loan products to SME clients. You will identify prospects, pitch solutions, complete documentation, and drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursal, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Experience in NBFC loan products sales to SMEs.
• Knowledge of KYC, credit and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
• Promote and sell NBFC loan products, focusing on SME clients.
• Understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, documentation, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly login, disbursement and sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offers, and regulatory guidelines
