Job summary

Effistack is seeking a senior sales professional to generate new leads and drive offline and online marketing strategies to expand the customer base. The role focuses on meeting sales targets as an individual contributor and as part of a team, while building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Material Handling Storage Systems. Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience in B2B environments.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present clearly.
• Experience with Material Handling Storage Systems is a plus.
• Languages known: Hindi and English.

• Generate new leads and offline and online marketing strategy to expand the target customer base for meeting present and future goals.
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding given sales target as an individual contributor as well as a team member.
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship.
• Explain the product features to the customers.
• Follow up with customers for orders.
• Negotiation with the client and close the project deal.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
• Focus on resolving customer queries in minimum possible time
• Maintain records of interaction with customers and its status for follow up.
