Job summary

BlackCanvas Studio in Pune is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive for an on-site field role. You will meet interior designers, architects, hotels and developers, present our luxury lighting collections and close orders.

The role requires 2-3 years of luxury sales, English proficiency, and comfort with AI tools and CRM. A valid driving licence and own vehicle are essential as you will travel across Pune.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in high-end luxury home décor or lighting.
• Experience selling premium products to high-value clients.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Hands-on with AI and sales tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT and a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot or similar).
• Confident presenter and strong closer.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable with daily field visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit interior design firms, architects, hotels, restaurants and real estate developers across Pune
• Present our high-end luxury collections and get our pieces specified in their projects
• Find and qualify leads using AI and sales tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ChatGPT
• Run outreach by phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, then convert it into meetings
• Track every lead and follow-up in a CRM
• Build long-term trade partnerships with design firms
• Share market and client feedback with our design team

BlackCanvas Studio is a Pune-based luxury design studio creating high-end sculptural lighting inspired by nature. Every piece, from statement chandeliers to designer table and floor lamps, is designed in-house by our team of industrial designers. Our work lights premium hospitality and residential spaces such as Radisson Hotel Mumbai Andheri MIDC and Clover Hills, Pune.

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site field sales role. You will represent a high-end luxury brand, meet interior designers, architects, hotels and developers in person, present our collections and close orders.

What you'll do

• Visit interior design firms, architects, hotels, restaurants and real estate developers across Pune

• Fixed salary of Rs. 20,000 - 25,000 per month
