Meril is seeking a dynamic Sales & Application Manager for Molecular Diagnostics to drive sales across multiple metropolitan locations in India and provide robust application support for RT-PCR and related products.

The role demands hands-on experience in molecular diagnostics sales, excellent communication, and the ability to train customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in molecular diagnostics sales and/or application support.
• Strong knowledge of RT-PCR, real-time PCR, and molecular diagnostic products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Drive sales and business development across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and research institutions.
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and application troubleshooting.
