Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in sales within the IVD, diagnostics, or medical device industry.
• Experience in molecular diagnostics, PCR/RT-PCR platforms, or molecular diagnostic assays.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsabilités

• Drive regional sales, revenue growth, and achievement of sales targets for molecular diagnostic products.
• Promote molecular diagnostic platforms, including PCR and RT-PCR-based systems and related assays.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
• Manage and develop distributor and channel partner networks across the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with government and private hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, reference laboratories, and key institutional customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer meetings, and commercial negotiations in coordination with the application and technical teams.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the regional sales team, where applicable.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Molecular Diagnostics portfolio across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales, revenue growth, and achievement of sales targets for molecular diagnostic products.
• Promote molecular diagnostic platforms, including PCR and RT-PCR-based systems and related assays.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
• Manage and develop distributor and channel partner networks across the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with government and private hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, reference laboratories, and key institutional customers.

Required Experience

• 812 years of experience in sales within the IVD, diagnostics, or medical device industry.
• Relevant experience in molecular diagnostics, PCR/RT-PCR platforms, or molecular diagnostic assays is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently working with IVD or molecular diagnostics companies.
• Experience handling molecular diagnostic instruments, PCR/RT-PCR systems, reagents, or associated assay portfolios.
• Exposure to regional business development, channel management, and team handling.
• Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
