Executive Tracks Associates is seeking a proactive SAAS Implementation Executive to support onboarding, product demonstrations, and customer training within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, configuring solutions, and guiding users through product features.

You will coordinate with product and technical teams to resolve issues, handle inquiries via calls, emails, and tickets, and drive adoption while maintaining thorough implementation

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in SaaS support, software implementation or client servicing.
• Good understanding of SaaS-based applications and software products.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and client-handling skills.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a SAAS Implementation Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS product support, client onboarding, software implementation, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer onboarding and SaaS product implementation.
• Understand client requirements and provide product demonstrations.
• Assist customers with product configuration, setup and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails and support tickets.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and functionalities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in SaaS Support, Software Implementation or Client Servicing.

• Strong communication, problem-solving and client-handling skills.
• Experience in CRM, HRMS, ERP or other business software will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple customer queries and implementation activities.
